    Low Pressure Problem

Liquid and Air are on separate check valves overhead at bay. I did find 3 bad Parker check valves yesterday!! I mean wow, when it rains it pours! We had a cold snap here last week, down in the 20s, wondering if that was part of the problem. Whats your recommendation on a quality check valve...

    Low Pressure Problem

Question: following up a discussion from a while back, this may be an elementary question for all the car wash veterans but.. here goes. How do I catch a failing check valve in the equipment room without having to climb on the roof unscrew low pressure lines and run the high pressure pump? My...

Stacker Timed Out Error - Goldline

Who services these things? Etowah Valley does not. Already spoke to Jim. Once I take it out, isn't there a way to bypass the stacker and let the bills fall into a box? Can you tell me how to bypass the stacker? thanks!

Stacker Timed Out Error - Goldline

Hey, I too am having issues with STACKER TIMEOUT on very cold mornings. Seems to only happen first thing in the morning and then we are good the rest of the day. Does something need to be greased? thanks!

    ACW 4 Issue

Update: My issue WAS actually a bad button. I use the newer Goldline buttons. Found the bad button after resetting the machine, the wash associated with this button would scroll on the display. That was what indicated the issue was the button. Hope this helps someone else.

ACW4: Please Wait / Wash In Use - No Call from Machine

So I arrived at my wash today to find my ACW4 displaying "Please Wait / Wash in Use" and a dry auto bay. Not a good sign! I at first thought the issue was with the ACW but realized there had been an Impact Switch (LW4000) during the Spot Free pass... happens every now and then when someone will...

    ACW Issue: RELEASE BUTTON

Update: Checked a few connections on the wire harness on the door and each time i'd clear the RELEASE BUTTON message, my $8 wash would be scrolling, so i'm assuming the issue may be with that wash button... time will tell I suppose. I've unplugged the button and will see if the RELEASE BUTTON...

    ACW Issue: RELEASE BUTTON

Randy- Thanks for the reply. I do already have the new GoldLine buttons. I did not turn off the unit after unplugging each button, should I go back and try this? Hamilton tech just told me to unplug them one by one (no mention of cutting power).

    ACW Issue: RELEASE BUTTON

I'm not seeing a lot of discussion on this issue, so i'm posting to hopefully get some help. ACW4 is scrolling this message, RELEASE BUTTON - Hamilton says to unplug each wash selection button, one by one, then the refund button to eliminate possibility of a bad button. Done this. Also tried...

    ACW 4 Issue

Any additional thoughts on this issue? I've tried swapping controllers, unplugging buttons, even pulled wire harness out for inspection... tonight machine was normal, then customer swiped credit card and it then started the RELEASE BUTTON message. Looking for some new ideas. thanks. michael

Rubber hose or vinyl reinforced hose

Hoping for some additional opinions in this thread before moving forward replacing lines... Currently have polytube in my self-serve bays using brass compression fittings, just wondering if its better to replace with something like PVC (Kuritec Hose) or if most everyone is having good success...

    Hamilton Hopper Emptied

Update: Just heard from some fellow operators, another wash was hit same night about 30 mins from me and last night they got a guy in another town. I'm guessing same guy is making his rounds through Eastern NC, possible central NC as well.

    Hamilton Hopper Emptied

Thanks for the info guys. As far as the thief 'building up credits', I don't know that this was the case, he knocked the button off and had the hopper running in less than 20 seconds. It was real fast. I only keep enough coins in the hopper to cover the metal contacts so fortunately it wasn't...

    Hamilton Hopper Emptied

Hamilton ACW4 hopper emptied tonight. Thief entered machine through wash selection button (old style plastic button) and triggered machine to payout. No noticeable damage to machine aside from broken button, frustrating more than anything. I'm planning to upgrade my old style ACW button to...

Hey let me know how your install goes. I also have an ACW but haven't attempted the CryptoPay install yet.

Arch Rotate happens every 2 weeks now.

I have had this exact issue for a while. Very frustrating since it seems there are many factors at play with the 30 measure. I'm very new to the business so i'm learning as I go. So far i've checked all my 30 eye wires connections in the junction boxes all the way back to the J0. New 30 wire...

Rubber hose or vinyl reinforced hose

Question about the polytube... do you all use the Thermoplastic brand from Kleen-Rite? I currently have polytube in a trough on the roof and I'm wondering if there is an issue with running my new polytube lines under the roof along the beams in the bays. Will they last as long or break down...

    Vending Center upgrade suggestion?

Thanks JMMUSTANG. A little slow to reply but I've gone with your suggestion and made the vending island drop shelf units all Little Trees. Additionally I have installed a KleenVend in wall vendor for detail products, but the drop shelf units will remain for trees. Thanks for the input...

    Vending Center upgrade suggestion?

I have a freestanding Vendor Center with drop shelf vendors in front of my equipment room. I'm going to take down the Laurel vendors and install a new in wall vendor on the building. Problem is that this vendor center is full of concrete... like a lot of concrete. So I was thinking of a way...
