So, lucky me, my internet is down at one of my sites possibly all weekend. Wondering if any of you know how many swipes Cryptopay terminals keep in memory without being internet connected to process once reconnected. Thanks.

Is there such thing as a single payment point for all the bays? I'm thinking of a central terminal to use a card, cash, coin or token. Select your bay, drop your payment, go to the bay. I'm asking because it seems like it would be a lot less expensive for us to only pay for one credit card...

While Cryptopay customer service is excellent when available, I find it hard to believe there’s still no weekend help. Cryptopay, being so ingrained in the car wash industry, not having customer support over the weekend (our busiest time) makes no sense. What’s everyone’s opinion on this?
