We’re looking at adding loyalty programs and wash packages at our locations and would appreciate some real-world feedback.
We have two long-bay Petit washes — one with 5 bays and 4 vacuums, the other with just a single vacuum. Has anyone installed a coinless system using CryptoPay and run it with loyalty/wash packages?
Would rather hear from other operators who are actually using it day-to-day than just general opinions. Would you do it again? Any pros, cons, or things you wish you’d known going in would be really helpful.
