Greetings!

I seem to have something stuck in one of my crypto readers… It gives a thumping feeling when you swipe the CC’s, and is not working…. and I really miss the counting up…!

Suggestions on how best to correct this Snafu…?

The CC’s have been a positive addition, with less than 6 months active….
( I should have done this upgrade along time ago…!)

I just experienced the same thing and mailed one back to them for service. Just received it back yesterday with a note that said. No charge we just picked some small debris out of it. You may check that first.

When that happened to me I took a used card and tapped down on it until the obstruction pushed out.
It looked like someone had folded a piece of plastic in there. No harm done once it came out.

Their card readers are so tight to begin with, I have had some cards that won't even fit though the reader.

Not sure if this could be the cause of the debris issue ... but some insects can enter through the tiniest of gaps.
