Chase Paymentech and Entry Wizard
Yes. It seems that Chase Paymentech has a deadline of May 31, 2017 where they will stop processing credit card transactions from older entry wizard units. There is a software/hardware upgrade available from a consultant but it is an expensive ($2,500) upgrade...
Thanks Jon. I am a new user with DRB products and still trying to figure out all of the programs and best practices. As a new user Tunnel Watch is much more user friendly and I just need to spend some time with Site Watch to understand the database. When I ask DRB tech support I will get...
I am setting up a new tunnel that will have a DRB tunnel watch controller ( actually 2 of them) and 2 DRB XPT terminals with gates. I am receiving different opinions regarding the setup and programming of wash packages. Is it best practice to program washes in SiteWatch and then have it pass...
I know that I would have too many complaints for customers if I charged them all the top amount and then refunded the difference.
However, that is the only way to make it work with the Entry Wizard.
I think you will find that the problem is going to be having the entry wizard communicate with the card reader. For example, when customer selects $10 wash how will this be communicated to credit card reader ? I have thought about changing to cryptopay readers on the entry wizard but always get...
Thanks for reply.
Yes have watched the inputs on red lion and everything looks normal.
Then an eyes are working properly and boom count test is good.
In permanent alarms the only thing I get is message about boom safety eyes detecting obstruction. The strange thing is the boom will always...
My WW 2.0 is not contouring. There are not any alarms that indicate a problem. The boom will drop and wash the front and back of vehicle but wil not contour from front to back. I have checked the following .... it si programmed properly, the boom safety eyes are working and communicate to...
Ok. Sounds like pad is working. The part popping up is the treadle stop and it sounds like that is working properly. The input #3 is the treadle and it is activated by the Mercury switch. Check that the Mercury switch works and that it is mounted to the treadle in such a way that when treadle...
If the treadle Mercury switch is working properly and sending inputs to the PLC then I would look at the pad in the way into the wash. If you have a pressure pad on the way in it needs to send two pulses (the front and back tires) to the PLC before the treadle will activate the wash. Check the...
I am not looking at my input sheet but I do not recall 27 being active while wash is idle. I think all of the others look accurate while wash is idle. #3 is only on when vehicle is on traedle. Again, I think your problem is 27, what does your input sheet say #27 is ?
I have same issue on one of my water wizard 2.0 that cannot figure out. The CAT 3535 will burn up a set of belts about every year. As belt ages it will start squealing and then eventually shred it. We have installed new pulley that belt rides on and it is tight. I have several other water...
