I have a 10 yr old Futura millennium that is tripping out with i/0 fault. Started yesterday after the wax cycle it would trip and reset. Then today was tripping immediately after a wash was started. Called tri valley right before they closed he said check air purge selenoid. I don't have a...
Mike thanks for the help today. When I talked to Jeff he had me check the new presoak selenoids I put in to see if they might be 24v ac instead of dc. Turns out they were. I removed the wires from the module for presoak front and rear and ran machine to test and machine ran everything right...
I checked connections this morning and didn't find anything loose. I also thought it might be a presoak selenoid as it is tripping out during the presoak cycle at the back of the car. I checked them - they looked rough obviously got moisture into the coil wiring, so I changed both valves but...
I have a futura millenium that I am getting a I/O fault after the wash gets to the back of the car during the presoak pass. Wash trips out then resets and will go back to home. Thought maybe vehicle security sensor was causing this but it appears to be working fine. Thanks for any help some...
I have a new airlift door that I just had installed because someone ran through my last one and busted it up. After it was installed the installer said that the computer at the wash or something was preventing it from closing. The door will open fine and if he reverses the line into the close...
Thanks Mike,
I did have wax coming out of the discharge side so checked solenoid and there was junk in it. So that works good now but I also don't have any high pressure wax coming out during the wash. I had flow to the solenoid from the tank but not to the pump during the wash now. Maybe the...
Mike I haven't got the wax problem taken care of yet. Could the wax seep into the break tank even when the break tank has gravity head pressure to the pump? I switched the selenoid valve to a selenoid valve from the soap and had the same results still. Thanks I will check more tonight.

I have a Futura millenium IBA. I just started getting wax coming out in my undercarriage wash and can't figure out where it is coming from. If someone has had this problem please let me know what you found. Thanks,
Jeff
I also have this problem with my futura. I think the solution is to move your prox switches to the outside of the gantry on the wall side. Raise them up so they are above the height of cans. Then move your home position plate and machine max travel plates to the outside of gantry also and...
did you buy a heated fan for taking care of this yet? I have a brand new radiator fan blower for this purpose I never used and would sell for about 1/2 of new price.
Thanks for the replies. I pulled the valve stem out of the selenoid valve and greased it and everything is working fine. I will still try to find one as a spare. Thanks again!
Could someone please help me out on a place to get a parker air valve and coil possibly next day shipping. I can't get parts from Specialty equipment for my millenium automatic as they are having financial trouble getting parts. This is a parker valve vsn16-501-m152 with a coil 2ev15m1. Seem...
Thanks Mike - I think we got the problem taken care of. The factory guys came out and replaced the cpu and found a selenoid for a water valve shorting out in the bay. Thanks alot for the advice. Jeff
I replaced the prox switch and cable already and checked that the switch is set and picking up the flags correctly. I did this when it started giving me intermitent problems. Thanks for the help not sure where I should look next.
Jeff
Wondering if anyone with a Futura Millenium could give me any ideas what my problem is. My machine is about 5 years old and has been a great machine. Lately it is giving me lots of trouble. I am getting an I/O fault when it is tripping out. And also have been getting drive going timeout, or...
