Nayax uses cellular by default. If signal is an issue, you can purchase a better antenna that can be mounted outside of the box. There is a signal strength meter in the technician menu that can tell you if you have a weak cellular signal.

Thanks for the input. I am sure I will look at Hamilton when it is time to replace the Unitec changers but I don't agree that the best thing to do is buy a brand new changer. These have been reliable for a long time, I wish someone still made one that is as good.

Thanks for the response. That is a good point about the contacts. It is a 17 year old changer and I'm sure the dip switches have never moved. I will try contact cleaner. We have been using dollar coins for a long time. If you have any questions about changing over, feel free to ask. David

Your average ticket assumptions are off. Unless the monthly pass is set up poorly, you should not drop from $13/ car to $8. $10 or $11 would be more realistic and now your annual revenue is $600-670k. That should leave a nice profit after covering the additional expense.
