If I was one of the other wash owners in your area, I would be doing everything in my power to convince you not to open a wash, i.e. maybe show you my books. Unless you already own the lot debt free and have $400k cash to put into it, I would not do it. Keep the day job.

The fundamentals of the hydrolics are no different than any other quality unit. Sooner or later, something will spring a leak. I have maybe leaked on cars three times with my Odyssey. Only once did I have to pay for buffing a car due to ATF...it was a black car...but that was from a roll-over.

I like to keep it simple...I take the total fee I'm charged and devide it by total sales and presto...I have my rate. All said and done, I pay around 5.2%. Many companies will suck you in with a low rate, but then put the screws to you with transaction fees.

Let me ask another question then......does anyone besides me use codes?...and if so, what would your opinion be on there use if the POS was one mile away.
