How exactly did you set that up? Did you add boom, foamer or just gun? Id to to do this.
We already had the 3x guns with the booms, just added the manifolds on top that cantbreak80 said to buy and showed how to plumb. We have 3x, tire, and PS all coming out of the same gun now. No more tire and PS out of the HP wand, looks much better and eliminated a bunch of check valves which was GREAT!

What's the delay time when switching to a different product?
Haven't timed it, but a few seconds at most, the manifold is right above the boom

Do you have pix of the manifold setup?
I'd love to do the same.
PS currently comes out of the HP gun and has an 8 to 10 second changeover.
Took this idea from cantbreak80. Here is one of his posts on how to setup, he has a few if you search. We used similar units from Amazon with good results.
1/4" poly from product and air solenoids to a manifold directly above the foam gun for each bay.
3/8" poly from the manifold to the foam gun boom or coupling.
3/8" hose or curly hose from the boom/coupling to the foam gun.
4040 Foam gun spray tip.
Cautionary note: If you're in a cold weather location, some method is needed to protect the exposed plumbing from freezing.

How are you doing this without checks? If I get my TF out of balance, it wants to send chem down the air line. (I have inline checks now)
Thanks for the info (you and CB80) , I love this idea. As we arrive at and even surpass a dollar a minute, a 10 second changeover is now unacceptable.

Wondering the same thing, i have check valves. Do I need a check valve if adding tire cleaner to the triple foam gun. Right now i run tire cleaner through the high pressure gun when i move it to the triple foam gun do i need to run just product line or also a line for air now? 2 Lines

You could eliminate the check valves but I wouldn’t. The pump acts similar to a check valve BUT if the diaphragm gets weak it will allow the other chemicals to push back through the pump.
Check valves very seldom fail. Just spend the extra $$ and never think about it again

Right now i run the Tire Cleaner through high pressure gun so no air line, so for low pressure now i need to add another air line correct, so run air and product both into manifold into the triple foam gun i am using for Triple Foam

For those with a tire brush in a cold climate, how are you going to prevent freeze-ups? Can you add methanol to the tire cleaner? If so, what ratio?

i'm planning to ask autowash maintenance if they will make some antifreeze tire cleaner for me.
I don't know how to make my own antifreeze soaps. I've never done it.

I mix 1/2 gallon of tire cleaner with 4 gallons methanol in the winter and that works for me down to 5-10F. Same thing with pre-soak out of an LP gun and same mix with my foam brush. Works great and I go through 1-2 55Gal drums of methanol ($350 each) in the winter.
