I have an older D&S but I purchased a newer model with an injector style pump stand. Mine was a hydrominder system and a completely different manifold. You don't happen to have plumbing schematics along with the wiring?
Looking for info regarding the Pulse time between a Hamilton ACW and a D&S 5000?? Cash and credit cards work fine, but I have an Everwash add / wash card that won't activate the wash, any thoughts?
That's a great idea, I'll give that a try! I only have 1/2" tubing as well but I always worry about the chance of the ball valves being moved.....
Thanks Again
That's exactly how I have mine plumbed now and I also have gravity fed water. But I had to cut the ball valves back a lot more then I thought I would!Actually I'm on the cusp of cavitation but it's working great!
Thanks for everyone's help!
Thanks for the pic, my soap and wax have always entered in what appears to be where your wax enters, on the pressure relief side ever since I bought the place? It makes more sense that they enter on the water in side.
Thanks again
Can I see some pictures of how you all plumb the soap and wax functions on a self serve system. I have cat 310's and have issues with getting products to the bay. One bay seems ok and the other is an issue
How do I shorten the dwell time on a D&S 5000? I've changed the programming from Std to short, but it still seems to be sitting at the ends for a long time? I have gone in to the programming and made the changes as mentioned (being sure that the other choices are off) and it makes no difference
I also had a similar issue, same symptoms, I rewired the gantry and cord to the wall and replaced the prox counter. Fired it back up and now have a photo eye that won't read and when I cover the eye that is reading, the PLC stays lit??
Anybody have any experience with a D&S 5000 and a Mitsubishi controller?? I have power to the controller and I can start all the functions with the relays but the controller itself won't start???
