I don't think the reader is the problem. Otherwise, it would happen to the working one also but it did not. Anyways, I returned the new one and put back the old one. It's working good so far.
Yeah. They did all that, but the problem still remains. Don't know if the controller is bad (on 2nd one?) or they missed something on programing. Got annoyed, I put back the one seems to be dead and it's working again after changing new CC stopper. Not perfectly, but so far it did not cutting CC...
Is anyone using it? I have one over a year old has problem that a lot of time it cuts off credit card after a few second or minutes. Sometimes the timer screen will go back to welcome screen. I call tech and they say send in for them to diagnose. I figure the cost will be ridiculous to repair so...
OMG! Here I wonder why he didnot responded when he said he will come to help me. You will be missed in here for sure including me since you have helped me so much! Thank you for everything, RIP MEP!
Dawn it! So that spindle is bent, should I only just get the Dralco mount base from your link and re-use the arm? Do you think it will fit and easy to take out if I do that? If I have to replace it all, can you link me to the stout one? I see few different type
Ahh, thanks for point out on...
After many times and many years idiots pulled the hose and broke the breakaways, the boom is cracked and that swivel is bent. As you can see that the swivel is bent like 15 degree. It was not that bad until i had a welder welded the crack (you can see the new welding around the square box). It...
A couple dumped a cooler of cooked shrimps into the drain. The car wash smelled so bad for weeks. Customers complained how smelly and trashy the wash was and put 1 star. They did it for 2 times a week around 11pm. Caught the licese plate (thanks goodness) and sent the video to the police to have...
So it's not the rotary switch. I've been digging for the problem but no luck.
- replace 2 check valves under the pump
- replace 2 sus fittings
- open/clean soap solenoid
- open the pump head, look through seals they all look good (didn't changed new seals)
- change pump's oil (still see some air...
@MEP001
I have similar problem but a little different from KFPanda. As I turn to FOAM Brush back to RINSE, RINSE will not turn on (pump didn't turn on; no starving; water coming out @35psi) RINSE works when I switch to WAX then back to Rinse. Avoid switching to FOAM BRUSH, switching between...
So couple day ago I saw the guy put up "car wash coming soon" sign on his property right across from my car wash. Yay:poop:! Not sure what type of car wash he's going to open. My town population is 11k. I have 4SS and 1IBA. His car wash will be on the main road while mine is on small road...
Thank you guys! Just a little update that problem was fixed by replacing new rotary switch. I also bought both Sensortron and Slugbuster II coin acceptor to test them out. Hopefully I have good luck on them. And what the heck, they are far cheaper than IDX trash too.
So as for the bay 4's HP soap caused bay 3's tire clean to come out, I found a darn dime stuck in the corner of the rotary switch of bay 4. After picking it out, the problem is gone (so far).
Now for bay 3. Yeah, something is wrong w/ wiring on bay 3. When tire clean is turned on, both of the...
So the solenoid is debris free. I changed the new plunger, but tire clean still runs on it's own here and then. So let's say bay 3 has tire clean problem. When bay 4 running HP soap, bay 3 the solenoid (dema 401p.6) for both tire clean and presoak where the main airline hooks in to go to the...
That's what I thought MEP because it happened before. But when I open the solenoid, soap water squirts out and it looks clean. The plunger still looks "new", maybe I'll try to swap new plunger see how it goes.
Yeah, it frequently needs to be fixed/adjusted to get it working properly. I'll take a...
