Knocked a Mirror off a Bentley

We recently knocked a mirror off a Bentley. (PDQ G5 Auto) Got the bill and it's $1975 to fix it. So I called my insurance broker and he told me NOT to put it through my insurance. We have a $1000 deductible and he said my insurer my refuse the renew my policy if I submit such a trivial...

    Would you?

Thanks for the feedback. This is not a triple net lease offer. The entire property is located in the city and it's massive. I've heard it's worth as much at $500M. It's basically a pad rental on a 10 year term. They approached us because none of the traditional "Pad" type business would do...

Adding Tunnel Style Spot-Free Arch to IBA

PDQ Productivity Arch We have 3 G5's and they all have the productivity arch. On the G5's you CAN put spotfree through it and you CAN adjust the pump speed so you and reduce the overall volume of water being applied. This arch saves us a LOT of time :)

    RFID Problem

Rfid I would highly suggest that anyone using an RFID system restrict the daily washing to Once. Then tell your customers if they want to wash more than once a day they need to get a code from the office. This will get rid of 95% of the fraud issues.

Anyone using RFID on an IBA?

My Competitor Made Some Quick Cash Today!

Groupon Works Carl, maybe he's not trying to make money on the 2 month unlimited. Maybe he's just trying to steal your customers away and make sure they go to him. If he sells a two month package on Groupon for $20 he is only making $10 so it's $5 a month. That is definitely a loss leader...
