What type of water heater ?

We have a Lockinvar Boiler and are having problems with it. Apparently by spec it's supposed to run at 140+ degrees or else you have rust issues (which we're having) My service tech told us we should run around 120 degrees, any higher and everything in the equipment room starts leaking. I'm a...

    accepting tokens only?

I see alot of people that still show up with a pocket full of tokens as well. Adding a Quarter to Token changer onto your existing change machine would take care of those people.

    accepting tokens only?

The only down-side I've seen since we went to tokens are the amount of "other" tokens that the acceptor will take.

    Fried a pump motor?

After I pulled the fried contactor out, I installed a new one. When I turned the power to the bay back on thats when I saw the arcing and the contactor jiggling in and out. I then pulled a contactor off a working bay and tried that one but had the same result. Both contactors (the new one and...

    Fried a pump motor?

I'm not an electrician so I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. The Rinse on one of my SS bays was'nt getting much flow so I checked the contactor and the piece in the center of it that moves in and out as it turns the pump on and off was stuck in the on position (in) I shut...

    Quarter to Token change

We've got a Standard Change Maker MC500 RLDA. It's got a 4" x 7" cut-out that has a plate over it now so it looks as if something could be added. I'm looking for a changer that can be incorporated into the existing bill changer one that would dispense tokens for quarters. Lots of people still...

    Cleaning vacuum filter bags

Just curious if there's an easy way to clean the vac filter bags and how often some of you do it? We stand in an empty field and shake them out downwind on a weekly basis...what a nasty dusty mess.

What is the worst mess you have had to clean up?

Hunters leaving their dead carcases & dead fish in my trash barrels...also have some idiot that drops a "loaf" occasionally in the enclosed area where my dumpster is....always fun to clean up.

    under carriage sensor problems

I think the sun is lined up in too straight a line with the eye to use the pvc. I'm leaning toward moving the box about a foot back along the wall away from the opening to keep it in the shade. The question now is, is the beam the eye transmits fine enough to make it between the opening...

    under carriage sensor problems

I'm assuming that the eye with the transmitter should not be directly lined up with the sun? But the reciever eye will be OK lined up with the sun?

    under carriage sensor problems

Well, like i said it works perfectly 23 hours out of the day. It's just that one hour when the sun is sitting just right. So is the transmitter in the eye? If i move the eyes to the opposite boxes the transmitter moves too?

    under carriage sensor problems

Do the two beams (is that what it's called? is it a beam?) on the opposite sensors have to be lined up and pointing at each other spot-on? Is there any wiggle room?

    under carriage sensor problems

http://picasaweb.google.com/rolf56/UndercarriageSensor?feat=directlink Here's what mine look like...As you can see I can move the one back quite aways which will keep it in the shade. My only concern is; how wide is the beam it emits? There isn't much room between the wall and the bollard. If...

    under carriage sensor problems

Both boxes that encase the eye are identical on mine. I'd rather move it back and out of the sun if possible.

    under carriage sensor problems

It would be easier for me to move the sensor back along the wall away from the enterance. That would keep it out of the sun. But the "beam" has to shoot between a 6 inch gap between the wall and the ballard and it'll be 8-10 inches away from the gap it has to shoot through. Is it a very fine...

    under carriage sensor problems

Here's the problem, my undercarriage spray turns on as soon as the the customer's transaction is confirmed while they are still at the paystation. this only seems to happen in the morning within a 1 hour period, usually when the sun is in a certain position where it's lined right up with the...

    Business?

People in Texas are here because we like the heat. It was 50 yesterday and some businesses were planning on shutting down due to the threat of A (singular)snow flurry....Lol We had a pretty strong summer but the last 6-8 weeks have been slow. Rain for two days, cloudy the next two, then one...
