if all else fails we have trouble shoot some systems with starting or shutting down randomly . problem was cause by floting grounds in neutal grounds wire in the system resulting a electrical spike. not a common problem but is nasty to find and trouble shoot
you can get the coin belts and they are not hard to replace all Thoe they need to turn loosely when assembled, motors and control are very hard to get if not available. hoppers seem to be throw away after a while, we had 12 hoppers in service until we upgraded to America's latest hopper design...
we had good luck with idx conversion for foam brush system controller, had a programable unit for air systems, it failed and was not in the mood to replace it and having to reprogram the new unit. converted to idx 10 station unit, it also has lights showing if in use. works like a champ
when we find a pump pulsation problem, pump is overhauled on occasion our experience if there is any pulsation after over haul in the line its throw away time.. damper looks ok on the outside side but you take them off they are full of rust and just plain worn out and are a throw away item
