I don’t have Ginsan but everyone I know that has their equipment loves it.
They are the ONLY manufacturer that seems to have a presence on this forum. Dan is always here answering questions.
My top choices if I was to buy today would be Etowah Valley or Ginsan. I still have a Monorail pump...
I’m trying to program a new MEI Talos bill acceptor using the provided coupon.
Everything is self explanatory except selection 3 and 5.
Section 3 asks pulse width - gaming short, gaming long, vending short or vending long.
Section 5 asks Harness Enable or Always Enable.
My guess is I need to...
the city has a map with the different zoning areas. Each area with have different permitted uses. Most will have Residential, Industrial and business zones. A medium to large city will very likely have several different sub groups in each zone, example: residential A and Residential B. “A”...
Just got back from meeting with the customer. They were trying to use the stop position on the rotary switch as the “end credit card” position just like the old Etowah Valley system did.
I have to double check all of their wiring first. Then, I’m going to try to figure out if the rotary switch...
I have a customer that installed a Nayax reader on a SS bay. They claim it works fine except the Credit card doesn’t shut off/stop charging.
Does anyone know if this is a wiring issue or a programming issue?
I haven’t seen the unit or seen a wiring diagram, yet.
Not the answer to the question you’re asking but, I use Kleen-rite’s KleenPak High Ph soap for my 2 SS bays. Great show, works well and no mixing etc. I wasn’t satisfied with Fonic Wash when I tried it.
I have space limitations at this location that prevent me from using the famous...
I was told that the larger local credit union wouldn’t be adding TAP to their cards until 2028. This is the same credit union that has the worst cards that only read in my bays about 20% of the time
It’s easier for the driver to get the dirt out of it is towards the front. Any water that is in the dirt or other liquids drain to the bottom of the can and freeze. On long cold spells I can lose half of the capacity of the dumpster with paper frozen to the bottom.
I had less issues with the...
I was emptying buckets of sand from my SS bays (not pit mud) into the dumpster when I overloaded the front and it tipped over. I’ve never had this be an issue in my past 25 years. Thought I’d just throw it out as a warning to the young guys and some of the older guys that aren’t quite as...

Brilliant! This must save a lot of water on weep. I have a similar system that has a tank in the floor. I’ve abandoned it but it used to have a well pump that recycled the weep. I stopped using it when we switched to a weepmizer in 2004. The well pump didn’t like to work with the on/off...
Great looking wash!
id definitely add some low pressure functions. Tire cleaner, bug remover, salt neutralizer are good options. PreSoak gets used but I think a high quality alkaline high pressure soap is as effective as Presoak.
I’d definitely add the air dryers especially if you have a lot...
If you have a good population base, probably 20,000 or more, you’ll make enough money to survive as long as your market isn’t extremely over saturated.
Also, NEW self serves are almost always cost prohibitive to build. The ROI for land, building, equipment and all of the various support...
The “communications error” is displayed on the screen above the keypad on the door to the vendor, NOT the MEI screen.
Thanks for the information, I’ll look into it more on Monday
Discovered my AMS vendor was out of service. Display says “Communication Error”. Service manual says to check the MDB connections. Did that but no change.
of course AMS tech support closed for the weekend 20 minutes ago.
Anyone know what my problem could possibly be?
Bill validator is...
I’m replacing an old Etowah Valley Equipment credit card system with CryptoPay. I’m can’t reuse the Etowah Valley timers for count upI have some old Dixmor LED7 timers but it doesn’t seem to work with Cryptopay. Am I doing something wrong or I need to get the timer upgraded?
I know the newer...
Looking at Facebook post in a car group and noticed a guy from Slovenia had a familiar air freshener in his car. Zoomed in to see what scent and was a little surprised at the branding, Wunder Baum. I hadn’t considered that the iconic Little Trees brand had a presence in Europe...
I’d attach a hose and gun directly to the pump to eliminate any issue between the pump and the bay.
it doesn’t sound like a typical issue with a valve…it may be an unloader/regulator issue. Try swapping the unloader with another bay and see if the issue follows the unloader.
