I’m replacing an old Etowah Valley Equipment credit card system with CryptoPay. I’m can’t reuse the Etowah Valley timers for count upI have some old Dixmor LED7 timers but it doesn’t seem to work with Cryptopay. Am I doing something wrong or I need to get the timer upgraded?
I know the newer LED7 timers seem to work a little differently than my older LED7s.

Dan's right you need to send them in to be upgraded. They should work fine for count down, they won't work with count up. When you first power them up what's the version number that pops up monumentally on the display upon power up.
