The hydrominder plastic floats can crack releasing sand into the chemical tank, which will cause the solenoids to hang open and cause check valve failures. I know you said you cleaned out your holding tanks, but sometimes that sand is hard to see.

They are hot water solenoids that activate with high pressure soap.

Their magnetic strips have probably been erased inadvertently by getting the card too close to a strong magnet. Lots of magnetic phone mounts around these days.

I didn’t think you used e-Xact with cryptopay? I thought you used that if processing with Hamilton systems?

Probably using the relieving model which has an opening in the diaphragm to relieve pressure when pressure is decreased. I always use the non-relieving type on liquids. Some of the retailers don't even know there is a difference.

No rotary switch used on these. It’s push button keypad style. Pumps still turn on and show proper pressures regardless if it’s a low pressure function or high pressure function, just nothing makes it out of the gun.
