Has anyone with an older M9 or M12 machine ever experienced an issue where after hitting the e-stop button and hitting the start button, the display never changes from the e-stop message? You cannot control and functions from the controller. Whenever I hit the start button, i can hear the contactor energize in the carriage but the display on the control board still displays the message as if the e-stop is still pressed. I have tried power cycling and ensured both the start and e-start buttons a functional. It almost acts like the control board is bad or the PLC has messed up. I am not super familiar with these machines but know enough to be dangerous and this is not a very common issue i am afraid. Any ideas?
