i have no interest in any hf chemical for touchfree. its much too toxic and i think it's harmful to car paint long-term. i'll sacrifice a bit of cleaning to be safer and healthier. what's your health worth???

Hi there, currently doing 2 passes hi, dwell, then 1 pass lo with Blendco products. i notice a lot of companies starting to go with one pass only of each, so I’m thinking just to slow my hi down applying more product and just go with the one pass of each. Thoughts?

Don’t think that’s some kind of new concept. One low , one high. I’ve never heard any benefit of running 2 hi’s , sounds like dumping $$ down the drain.

Ok
So I had to revive an old thread

My rep was here today - we were testing a ceramic product in the self serve bays
After that and dinner
We drove 30 miles to go see a Double Barrel Razor that I heard had been installed earlier this summer
First time for me to see one work
Anyhow- very impressed with how it worked. Nice unit!
But-
I had not washed my truck for 2 weeks
(Lots of rain here and and field work before that. )
So I had a decent eyebrow.
I m pretty confident I know whose chemical they use
But that fancy double barrel did not touch my eyebrow.

So we drove 30 mile back and got it off with the Razor 3

Bottom line is - equipment doesn't get cars clean
Properly programmed and applied good chemicals DO!

i would agree that properly titrated quality chemicals are most important. however, there’s a lot more to it to clean touchless in tough conditions. soft water is a must, hot water helps, dwell time very important, closer the water pressure the better. to take it one step further, having a door closed on one end of the bay during windy days so the chemical actually makes it to the car.

Well yea
All of that
And water temp etc etc etc
My point to this was-
With all the chatter on here about whose unit should I buy
Touchless- friction- combo
Razor - istoball- petite - on and on
It doesn't matter if you don't have it set right with good products!

One of my top ten comments on here that I’ve read was on a thread about equipment.
I forget who but it went something like this
“ buy your equipment from the best distributor you can find regardless of what they sell”
I cant argue with that!

This thread is about eyebrows
My opinion is it does not matter what equipment you have
It all comes down to chemistry!
And that has been my point from the start of the thread.

I have chased the eyebrow removal unicorn for 11 years. Finally was able to get it removed using Viper from Synergy. It's a polymer and I only apply one heavy pass. I have it working great at one wash 95% of the time on my G5's, trying to replicate it on my Razor now at my other site. Not sure how good it will do as the weather warms, but the past couple of months it's actually done it.
I tried the viper for presoak. I am having a difficult time cleaning the front and back windshields. The back windshields are the worst especially with some taller SUV's. What tip are using? Are other information would be appreciated.

Amount of chemical with a touch free machine matters. We always tip a size or two stronger for Hi/Lo pH than the recommended amount which seems to really clean cars...

Anyone with a Petit - I am having a hard time cleaning the vehicle. Eyebrows are difficult with the back being the worst. I am also getting some haze on the vehicle. I currently use synergy chemicals. How can I correct these problems? Please HELP!!!

I have Petit’s too. Synergies great stuff.
Which tip and injector are you using with Viper? What’s it titrating at?
Have you tried Wildfire in place of the Viper?
What’s your general region?

Cheers
