IDX LTT800 TO DIXMOR

Do you know if this is a drop in as far as mounting studs and having the same mounting pattern? I know wiring will be a little different.
I dont have first hand knowledge, but I understand the "little two timers" and "LED 7s and 8s have the same footprint, but wiring is different.
Randy had made a post a while back about the LED 7s demise, wondering if the end of Covid protocols gave the LED 7 a reprieve.

I may have to buy an LED7 and try it, I have some LTT timers that are slowly dying and I don't want to go with IDX again, I like the dixmors more.

If its your display, I saw these sometime back, you may have to get KR to get them for you if they're still available (and cost effective)..

I've replaced all the led modules from digikey, MEP had posted the model numbers a while back. That makes a huge difference from the dim leds that they were.

I'm having trouble with the horns not working or new horns dying in less than a week. I'm sure it's like a <$1 part that needs replacing in the timer, but that's way beyond my skillset.

The demand for the LED-7 is so strong I like they''ll be around a long time. A lot as happened in the 3 years since I posted that. The foot print of the LED-7 is slightly smaller than the LTT800.

What horn are you using? I haven't replaced a horn in years. We use this horn

If your horns are dying, make sure they are 24VAC horns small amp. If you can get a horn that is AC/DC 24 volts you should be fine
The horn issue is on a few bays only, and the same horns are working on other bays, so pointing to timers, they are old, maybe from 2005ish so time for replacement, I want to go to dixmor though

I've tried a few, including the one you linked to, I think something in the timer is killing them in a few bays.
