On our rinse tank there were two holes at the top where the fill valve was, we ran a 2" pvc header with two 2x2x1" tees and added two Bobs 3/4' float valves and they keep up fairly well.

Do you draw sf water from seperate holding tanks? Check the output of sf at the solenoid valve at the gantry, should give you answers if everything is working to that point.

Agree,, When someone leaves a lot of time on the timer and leaves the soap cycle on and running the regulator is put to work big time bypassing the soap mixture back into the suction. If there is a weak or bad pump valve it backs up into the tank. My system has a suction check that can go bad also.

One thing is the weight of the drop line will add extra weight to the bearings and wear them out quicker,,,another thing is the long hose length will make the product change over longer in time and will confuse customers..

Also look at your winter blow down air system if you have one and make sure the solenoid valve is not leaking air into the lines. If there is a push lock fitting the ones with the collar to push and release the tube, they are only good for pressure and not holding vacuum, they will let air in...

They make what they call a "lead-lag" controller that switches the two back and forth at a set time, you might google lead-lag controller and find what you need.

On the tri-foam I would bet the suction filters are all snotted up and will not let the liquid thru. I just went thru the same problem.......also make sure the pump relief valve is screwed in if it has one.

Did you change the password from the factory default? If not, the password is in the manual.

Watch the restrictions on the property that might have been put on it by walmart if they once owned the property. When they build they buy around them and sell off out-lots with restrictions, be careful.

They are all different, I would start with one in the middle of the chart and watch it very close and adjust from there, (up or down) it might take a couple of days to get it right but at least you wont be fighting that tube type tip.

I dont like the orifice tube, so I just throw it away and use the regular push in orfice tips it works better for me.
