So you are using 2.5gpm? I thought I saw that tips are typically 2gpm, and all the other bay functions are LP? So wouldn't this number be lower? This facility has 2 vacs, 1 fragrance/vac, 1 shampoo/vac, and 2 vending. So there is also that income to guesstimate ....

Anyone have a good rule of thumb for minimum percentage of traffic counts you can expect to stop a self serve facility? Only data I have is 2500 vehs/day back in 2012. It was similar in 2010. Best I can tell traffic counts in the area have stayed the same. Not much new construction and majority...
