Get rid of your belts and bearings and replace with water drive swivels. You would have to add medium pressure spot free to your pumpstand using the soft start valve
Have you replaced the wire that goes to the Mercury switch from the pumpstand? Only difference between test and customer wash is you use the toggle switch for in position during a test.
What caused your drive shaft to break? When it happens again check what inputs are on on the PLC. Make sure your count prox wheel is about a credit card away from the prox counter. Make sure when you replaced the shaft your prox wheel was properly secured to the shaft. Could need to adjust...
