Little background on us. We wound up owning this car wash be default when we bought a property and this car wash came with it. It has 2 automatic touchless and 2 self sever bays. We have owned it since May of '15. It is a lot of work but I enjoy it tremendously. All repairs have been done by us as we are pretty good at figuring out how to fix things.
Now the problem. One of our DS 5000 is giving me fits. We had a major breakdown and had to replace the drive assembly and since, we can't get it to run properly. Sometimes it will run for 5 washes perfectly and then just stop in the down position in front of the car. Other times it will do 1 pass and stop in the down position in front of the car and then run thru all the applications while sitting there and not moving. And finally some times it will make the 1st pass and then just stop in the down position in back of the car and the exit light comes on.
Kind of wits end and the DS corp is not real helpful with trouble shooting.
Any guidance with this would be very much appreciated .
