Ds 5000 stops in front on first high pressure pass

Ds 5000 stops in front on first high pressure pass. Works fine on a test only stops occasionally when a car is in bay in front on high pressure. I have replaced the cord, mercury switch, limit detector, proximity detector, photo eyes. Still stops occasionally in front on high pressure doesn't matter what wash it is. Only happens when a car is in bay. Works fine on a test.

Have you replaced the wire that goes to the Mercury switch from the pumpstand? Only difference between test and customer wash is you use the toggle switch for in position during a test.
