i jumped the wires going to the copper plates essentially tricking my hoppers into always thinking they are full. Not sure if this solves your problem but worth a try
Etowah been sipping that city punch. Good luck getting customer service after purchase spent years trying to get new decals for our once Awesome custom doors. Not sure what is happening there but it’s sad for our industry
We’ve been sending to reject to a gravity tank in attic then plumbed down into fresh water tank via brass float on both ss and iba tanks which gets diluted down. Fairly busy iba and self serve never had a complaint in 20 years.
the main advantage with cryp is they bundle the charges and is pci compliant, so it lowers our processing fees but with this we get the preauth charge to verify funds which is where all the headaches emanate.
I'm hoping they are working on something big because I just revamped my website and...
I love all things cryptopay but ive been dealing with this for years. I had swipers on everything vacs, vending, ss bays, and auto but the negative reviews I received from the preauth charge made me change my strategy. I initially tried lowering my preauth fee but then I started getting some...
Yes Your right thanks for being my sounding board! Forwarding worldpay statements to her Would solve this problem, now I need to go back and amend previous years ....
Yes that where I’m going with this! My 1099 is much higher than what im actually getting in laymen’s terms, so I’m paying tax on gross as submitted by worldpay to irs 1099 but I’m only getting net after all the fees; since my cpa never sees the daily fees. I never sent her the worldpay...
If world pay is sending the irs a 1099 of let’s say gross revenue of $250,000 and I’m only recovering $225,000 net and paying tax on 250 then to me that’s a problem. This all started when I got my year end from cpa and noticed merchant fees of 1% of my gross according to my bank statements...
Mine do as well but I have fees done at month end and daily I’m assuming I’m not the only one..... the initial fees taken out after each batch daily never show up as withdrawals as they are done prior to deposits daily.
For any of you who have site analytics look at any given day then cross...
So Earl we pay some fees or at least a percentage of them every day it batches out - just kind of skims off the top. Then again at month end when they auto debit. So how would my accountant ever know what my true net is without having access to my true gross.
I only give her my bank...
Speaking of which somebody told me awhile ago that in the last page of this menu where it says service tech only u can type ina code and change additional things. One being the amount of wheel counts after rear wheel to turn off soap/ triple shine etc...
I’ve got a shiny nickel for anybody...
My 2.0 had a button on the red lion for timers/counters this controls any and all timing functions that can’t be done in the wash recipe menu. Press this and scroll though u can control overall duration and time after seeing rear wheel. Also stacking reset time which is huge
I’m curious do we as wash owners pay federal income tax on gross revenue through cryptopay or net after all the fees in my case 5% equaling 15,000. Ive been getting these year end summaries from worldpay for years but never actually looked at the fine print. Anybody do the math
Awesome ! thanks for the feed back I will give it a go. Just out of curiosity did you use the anchors they provided or the expandable concrete anchors? Is it best to leave a gap between each for water drainage and clean out etc...
if You have a piggyback voice card try removing it. This solved my intermittent voltage problems. Wouldn’t hurt to put a piece of card board between motherboard and wall. Also , double check all connections at terminal screws I have found some lose or even one stray wire outside of hole arcing...
I’ve been getting a lot of complaints lately about how my Carwash scratched a rim. I have a 2.0 and get a lot of nice cars with the low profile wheels. They inadvertently hit gaurd rail pulling in then claim it’s my fault. I saw a thread on here a while back of somebody removing the old metal...
Just my 2 cents - during my busy season I have a stack line from sun up to sundown so several years ago I did the math. At the time my basic wash was $5 and ultimate $10. I took the time to run the numbers (wash-time) load time etc... I was making more money per minute of off the $5 wash.
I...
