I had some custom stainless steel towers made with two tips per Tower angled down to blast just the running boards on vehicles. I am unsure what tip sizes to use. It will be a cat 3535 pumping the water. What size tip would you recommend?
I got it out! My wife accidentally switched one of the change machine locks with one in the paystation. Needless to say I will spank her when I get home tonight.
It will fail but it might take several months or more. I've had one doing it for at least 3 months and it is getting worse. I have a spare motor and gearbox ready when it does fail.
Those of you with friction machines. Do you run hard water Rinse or soft water? My installer says he prefers soft for high pressure rinse. The water is 14 grains hard here. Thoughts?
I use 4 passes on all 3 of my packages and all of them take less than 3 minutes.
Top package.
Boosted alkaline through side and top arms front to back.
Non boosted alkaline pass back to front through 3x pods and rain bar.
High Pressure rinse injected with ceramic front to back through arms...
I switched the self-serve over to hard water only and it's still cavitates just as bad. On the Razor I have soft and hard mixing for the rinse because the water is so hard at this site, 31 grains. Even after mixing it only gets it down to 14 grains.
I have it set up just like Randy's setup and it works fine but when the iba cuts on the SS bays cavitate. It has a 2" water main all the way into the pump room.
Might be a stupid question but can this pump stand be converted to a gravity feed without having to elevate any tanks? Wasn't sure if the pump has enough suction to pull the water?
