Profile - soft water or hard water rinse?

Those of you with friction machines. Do you run hard water Rinse or soft water? My installer says he prefers soft for high pressure rinse. The water is 14 grains hard here. Thoughts?

I setup both of my sites with Soft Water for HP Rinse it uses a bit more salt but will save on my pump later

I know operators that like to break drying agents and waxes with hard water. If you finish with spot free, it won’t make any difference.

We rinse with hard water, it helps your drying agents as well
