Your F&F looks 100% better than ours!! I sent this pic to my distributor. Hope you don't mind. Ours comes down in uneven globs. Yours looks great! I asked him to make ours like yours!
Also, we're in a very rural area -- more bugs and bird droppings. Had a guy come through who had driven through a swarm of bees that left bodies and honey stuck all over his windshield and front of his car. Our wash took care of it really well and he was very pleased. But as with any of these...
We offer it year-round. Don't forget, this is South Texas -- we've got bugs and road-junk all year round, and the top wash is our top seller all year round. 60-65% of our sales are the top wash.
We use Chem Quest's D-Bug. It literally melts the bugs. Great product, especially now with all the yellow butterflies, which I've detailed in another subject on this Forum. We offer the Bug Pass on our Middle and Top washes.
Thanx. I have to admit, the numbers have been amazing and yes, we're stocking up on chems. Except my car's a mess and I can't get it into my own wash because the lines are too long! The Profile had some glitches after a week of high numbers -- with belts loosening and skipping, which...
We're in South Texas and are currently experiencing swarms of yellow butterflies that plaster themselves to windshields and grills. Since Friday, our single IBA has been averaging in the 90's daily. Since 2:00p.m. today, we've already had 50 go through. As soon as the cars get out of the wash...
IBA is the trade abbreviation for In Bay Automatic which is what you are wanting to build. A PDQ Tandem is the friction machine we originally installed. You will need to do alot more reading to become more familiar with car wash terminology, etc.
Unfortunately, I didn't write down the date. It was awhile back. They seemed none the worse for wear, because when the truck exited the blower area, they jumped out, grabbed towels from inside the truck, dried themselves off, got back in the truck and it drove away. Our wash is unattended...
Watched 3 kids go through our Profile in a pick-up. One driving, the other 2 stripped down to bathing trunks sitting in the bed of the truck. Bet that high-pressure rinse stung a bit! Hope so.
The Profile also has jet/blasters for their wheel washers. They come either way. Ours are the high-pressure spinners and they work great, with no damage claim problems, which sometimes happens with the brushes, which is what we experienced with our Tandem.
Hi Coach, as you know, we've got a Profile-Max, and we plan to add another bay with a Razor next year. I stand by the WashWorld product due to it's quality and the great service provided by our distributor. I believe having both a Touchless and a Friction will give customers "a choice," and it...
We will be when we install our Razor next year, and we currently use ChemQuest with our Profile. Our WW distributor is WashWorld Central TX and they distribute the ChemQuest as well, so that's what we use. It makes things easier that way. It is an excellent product.
Yes, we have it and it is offered in the middle and top washes. Customers use it alot -- we're in a South Texas rural community -- many farms, ranches, oilfield, construction, hunters -- lots of dirty pick-ups. It does a great job, but you need to make sure you're using a real good strong...
