Thanks for the replys. I was able to update my software and that resolved the issue.

I have the Intrinsyc access. Some how my password for the computer login got changed. I tried (several times) the procedure to reset the password with the dip switches on the cpu board. It always says successful, but the default owner password does not work. Which step am I missing???
