If you call
PDQ tech support we can send you a procedure to reset the passwords.
You will have to have physical access to the inside of the access unit, and a computer to log into unit.
Depending on software version, you either have to delete a file in the memory of the unit or move some jumpers or flip some dip switchs on the controller (depending on which one yo have).
Its a a bit time consuming but fairly simple.
