I don’t know it would be nice to find something to replace the pneumatic tires. I’ve seen foam filled tires advertised but still face the problem of getting them on. As is you have to deflate the pneumatic tire in order compress it enough to get it on

Has anyone tried using solid rubber tires instead of tube tires? If they would work it would eliminate loss of tire pressure during season changes. I’m wondering if they would get a good grip or would they be to hard and possible slip

Replaced the pump pressure is up to 200 psi and working great. Thanks for the suggestions did not know the pressure needed to be that high now have excellent soap and wax foam again thank for the help

Pump is primed. I’m thinking the pump is failing only getting 1/2 the pressure as before

Hey guys- Any one have experience with PDQ M5? We need to change the oil in a rotation gearbox on a PDQ M5. Does anyone know the amount of oil needed to fill it? The PDQ part number on the gearbox is 800024. The tag specifies Mobile SCH 630 oil. Thanks

when I’ve gone in the prox sensors (all) have been lit I’ll try and check the next time I catch it doing it’s. Also when it failed to rinse the next car in line went through and it worked fine.

I appreciate the help. incorrect and the check valve can be rebuilt. Or am I better off putting in a new one

Hi guys new to the car wash business so I’m in a sever learning curve. working on a laser wash m5. this is a sporadic problem occasionally during a wash the water will not come on during the rinse cycle. Arm will traverse around the car but no water. any suggestions
