Thank you, I have a 4 Bay self serve. So, high PH it is. I found some Fresh and Clean that is alkaline that has been hidden behind stuff for who knows how long. Do these chemicals go bad?

What is your preference and why? I've been using JBS Fonic which I think is a low PH. But wondering if that is my best choice.

Increase the amount of air and reduce the amount of foam chemical, I had the same issue when I first bought my wash. It took lots of tuning to get it to the foam thickness I wanted.

Tighten the flojet mounting screws to prevent leaking of air? I think there is actually 1 screw missing, I didn't think it would matter since there are 3 holding it. I'll find a screw in the morning and see if that helps.

When the pump is not working, it does not work for any Bay. Regardless of which is calling for the foam brush.

The electric immersion heaters was another solution I am considering. But if I had one would I even need the water heater?

I'm thinking of adding a tankless for a hot rinse, especially during the winter to melt snow and ice. But how does the water stay hot in a holding tank? I was thinking it had to go directly to the water supply that also runs through the hydrominders.

Roz, The heat in the floor and the pvc is the main reason for the new floors. Last winter, my first with the wash, we had 4 14x24 skating rinks and ice castles surrounding the weep guns. LOL
