With Blendo Co we found the cars weren't rinsing freely and leaving film and a noticeable eyebrow. JBS gets nearly all of it. With Blend Co. and other soaps I could draw in the film left behind on my truck. With JBS, it gets the film and almost always the eyebrow. That was a deciding factor for...
Going Lo then High with 20 seconds dwell time in between passes. I’m using a Washworld RAZOR. I don’t know the strength off the top but our high ph is run with an alkaline booster. This is the best cleaning we’ve seen thus far. Marco from JBS can set you up. He’s been to my site at least 5-6...
I will definitely go with the viton seals. Will one pump handle all three bays if all three bays are being used, or should I use two pumps? In any event, if I used two, how would I connect them together? Run the supply to inlet, then outlet to inlet on second pump and then outlet to the...
I need to replace my foam brush soap pump. Any recommendations on what to use or buy. Three bays. Currently using a myers pump with a low pressure switch on the side. Thank you in advance!
Allen, as stated when we spoke on the phone, the issue is your intentional lack of disclosure of actually offers being made. In this case, someone offered you all $1600.00 for the item but you all only told me $1000.00. That leads one to think that the undisclosed $600.00 would land right in...
I have to share my most recent experience with carwashconsignment.com. I listed an item for sale and Hannah/Allen contacted me with an offer of $1000.00. I rejected the offer and told them my desired price for the item. Soon thereafter, the buyer contacted me and we discussed certain features of...
PEI, good info. I've been looking at the compass line. What are the benefits? Costs? Cost to switch over? Overall opinion of the products? How often are you changing out containers? Why are you running the CPS 201 booster? Thanks again PEI.
Their action line is pretty good. I use the Action High Ph Presoak. About to try the low and high together once our Washworld RAZOR gets installed. The storm hyper is a good presoak. Samurai Shield is a badass wax. You won't go wrong with the glow foam trifoam either.
We're using JBS Glow Foam Polish. We're diluting 120/1 (purple tip) and instructions say to dilute 120-300. We've also experiences this issue with other products trifoam products. Hope that helps. Thanks, Brandon
Thanks for the reply Chaz. I don't think it's a seal. Pressure is good and delivery to the bay is good. I've run into instances before where sometimes you can mix too much air which drowns out the color. I'm not sure... Admittedly, I'm still a junior operator with lots to learn.
My triple foam on my IBA is coming out white, with little color. The foam is great, but white. The solutions are diluted as directed on the side of the container. Flowjet pumps are set to 70psi while air that mixes with foam is set to 30psi. Too much air? This how it was set when I bought the...
We just added two new vinyl Airlift doors. They've already paid for themselves as some dumbass ran through the exit on the 2nd day they were installed. Customer service seems top notch and the door is solid.

I did run the simoniz correct powder without a tip and the results were still undesirable. At present, I'm running the in bay presoak from KR on a blue tip... not the correct powder.
Simoniz Correct is a NO GO! Clean just wasn't there. Looking to try JBS Hyper Storm Polymer Presoak. Updates to come. As of now, Kleen-rite's in bay presoak is working nicely on a blue tip.
All the best!
Anyone have any input on Turbo Nozzles? Pro Car Wash Equipment, who makes my Navigator (touchless), recommend them as a nice upgrade to the machine. Considering pulling the trigger and buying 21 of them.
Thanks Forum!
