Yeah it's like a machine shop and motor repair place. One of their services was called Dynamic Balancing which I thought sounded similar to what I needed.
Those motors are so heavy and the cans make it so awkward, glad they took care of it for me.
I've got similar dryers.. ended up taking to a local place to get the impellers balanced as several of my impellers were rubbing against the side of the can and making awful sounds. Can't remember exactly what they said they ended up doing but I think they welded something to a bolt and hoisted...
Wasps are always around my garbage cans this time of year. They go away when I empty the trash cans. I'd be really surprised if it was honey bees.
Another fun way to test it out is to get stung by one, if it dies immediately its a honey bee, otherwise it's a yellowjacket.
I've called my competitors and let them know about random issues I've noticed while driving by.. also help them with spare parts and they've helped me as well. Guess I try to be a good human, versus purposely breaking there equipment.
@ShinePro I'd properly blur out or remove the personally identifiable info on those photos... next thing you know some of these bots on the forum will be calling these people up and pretending to be a representative of your car wash.
I had a 699k BTU boiler that I replaced with two 199k Takagi's following 2Biz's guide. It's definitely saving me a ton of money... I plumbed it myself, so learned a few lessons there and it's not as pretty as Roz's.
Maybe not the smartest idea but I ended up removing the tiny screen filters...
Alright I'll give going knobless a try. It's weird because I didn't have this issue for like 6 years then all of a sudden it became a problem, that seems to be getting progressively worse. I decided to give condor a call and they said that I should change the amperage setting on a yellow dial...
Anyone know why my pressure switch would switch itself from Auto to Off at random? I thought at first it was because I was bumping it into off position as I walked around in my equipment room, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I've tried replacing it and its still happening.
Once you get one thing of everything working correctly it should be easy keeping it up and running because you'll always be able to compare the working one with the one that doesn't.
Also go buy your wife some flowers and kids some ice cream.
My bottom two wash packages are basically just presoak passes and a pretty big chunk of my customers are bottom wash package types. Those are the ones complaining about no smells. I guess I'll just tell them that the tunnels use a crappy product if it has better smells. haha.
I'm in the same boat as you.. I use the same presoak. I ordered a dual barb chemical injector months ago with intentions of making this presoak smell good. Customer perception seems to be driven more by the lights and smells than the cleaning quality.
I added a drive up ATM last year, it's averaging around 600 cars per month now where they were actually charged a fee and withdrew money, a lot of other people who get declined based on all the receipts I sweep up.
