I second the request for information on this. I've been using pool noodles, but they shrink and are not perfect.

I searched on Kleen rite myself and couldn't find anything that looked right. I finally ended up ordering the PDQ part from my local supplier. You might try chatting with Kleen rite or even contacting banner to ask what part PDQ orders.

I pretty sure it wasn't. I've come in now and again and there is a trickle coming out. It is like the valve isn't fully closing when it decides the reservoir needs filling and finishes. Honestly, I'm not sure how it works. I couldn't even find the valve itself.
