I would like some help with my programming for our Laserwash 4000. I want to make sure it is set up correctly. The settings are using the following chemicals from Lustra:

Low Press Soap 1238 The Option
Low Press Soap 2 1238 The Option
Foaming Wax 2551 Low pH Polish Raspberry
HP Polysealant 2406 ProShield Pina Colada
HP Drying Agent 2303 Dri-Max

The main thing I'm concerned with is the order of everything. I've seen people suggest different orders for the drying agent, polysealant, spot free rinse.

Also, are there better options for the presoak? Seems weird to use the same chemical for a two step process.

It's not unusual to use one product to look like a two step. It allows you to run the second pass with less chemical while maintaining show. It also gives your first pass more dwell time since it doesn't react with it. I run a lo/high two step and have to use a dwell between each product to give them time to work.

As far as programming suggestions, you should change your high pressure speed to 0. Touchless actually has a form of friction called impingement that occurs when the high pressure water strikes the surface of the vehicle. The slower you run this pass the better cleaning results you will get. Also both the polysealant and drying agent should have the water saver valve on with the pressure turned down between 300 and 500 psi. They work better this way and bounce less chemical off of the surface of the vehicle.

Thanks! Does the order of the polysealant, drying agent, and spot free rinse look right to you?
