We had issues with the triple foam going in and out. Turns out there was too much back pressure from the foam generators on the bridge. There are injector nipples inside them that can be removed to reduce back pressure, it also made them foam way more without them. Didn’t cause the chemical...

We have 4 Navien 200,000 BTU Heaters with a 175 gallon buffer tank for 2 petits, we heat all soaps and waxes. Also heat the high pressure to 90 degrees.

Bill Acceptors US has them the new Talos for about half the price. plug and play same as the 2000 series.

We've uses Extrutech and Trusscore. Both great products, but Extrutech is more malleable. Could prevent shattering from being hit. If using in self serve, Ive heard hallow core is a nightmare from people hitting it.

Dont strobe between colors, could freak people out or epilepsy problems. We have solid colors for all wash sequences besides triple foam which we have a multicolor fade. Cool at night and the kids/stoners love it. During the day is substandard. This is with the G&G 6 bar setup.

Look up ESCOs in your state, they can lock you in at a price over the course of a few years.

The Vacuums are gated, only way to them is through the wash. I have no hard data, however many people buy a wash just to use them for a few minutes. Even if their car did not need a wash.

Gotcha, good to know about the cleaning cards. To have them tuned up, I'd probably need a spare to juggle them around for no down time. Rebuild or buy new? After a rebuild, does the bill acceptance rate significantly increase noticeably? It probably declines 10-20% of bills currently. Thank you

We have 2019 Hamilton HTks. Bill acceptance has been an issue, our AE2600 series have been really picky on both machines. Ive sent different kinds of cleaning bills thru them with no luck. Is the new Talos plug and play? Anyone have experience updating their pay stations/changers?
