Washworld Razors use a several chemFlex injectors. Has anyone used the Rocket Dema injectors with the razor? If so any feedback pro or con on them? The marketing material says they are easier to maintain and clean.

I am guessing the real different is the usable PSI. The chem flex seem to crack about once a year without anyone touching them.

Thx

I have switched to the demas from the hydroflexs as they fail and I have a Laser 4000 I like them much better you can actually use 2 adjustable wrenches no Cons.

Same here I've been switching our injectors to the Dema's as well mainly due to serviceability and ease of replacement.

No issue with the 200psi rating?

I was wondering if that's a max PSI or just a flow rating at that pressure.

Ive only seen the old style hydraflex injectors crack mostly with tire cleaner and presoak products. They came out with chemical resistant injectors to fix that with harsh products.

Yup. Presoak are the ones that go with us. Hard to say with the psi. If you look at the chem flex listing on KR site it shows a psi range whereas on the dema it just says 200psi. However rereading the listing you may be correct.

Youre supposed to run hydraflex at a minimum of 160 psi so we set the booster pumps at 180. Are you using the 2hp/20gpm pump that hydraflex sends you or a 3hp/30gpm?

If you are just using single barb injectors then I like the Dema better. It can be rebuilt and holds up really well. If you are using dual barb injectors then the hydraflex are easier to install and get the soap lines on.
