Do the pumps that attach to your high pressure wands really work? I use a ring-o-matic clamshell to remove mud from my sump and there is always so much excess water. I need to find a way to first get rid of some of that water. any suggestions?

Then I no longer need my water stream , since I only pump what comes out of the hydrominder? (the product mixed with water) I should be able to use my existing soap and air solenoids. I think I understand how it works now. THANKS a lot for your help.

Do I replace the demas with another type of injector to be fed by the needle valves? And what turns on the flowjet pump? demand? or a 24 volt pulse? Thanks

every so often I have trouble with the dema injectors, and a friend who has a car wash uses flojet and he loves it. I just thought I might modernize a little. However I have good foam now.

Hi; I am now using a system that uses dema injectors into a water flow. I would like to convert to a flojet pump system. Is that a good thing to do or should I leave well enough alone?

does it damage Cat 310 pumps to use a non weep gun? It sure doesen't sound good. One of my bays is weeping excessively. I tried a new gun but got the same result. I think it is actually siphoning from my water supply??? any help?:)

Thanks Diamond Wash, I went down and checked the water pressure at 70 pounds. What bothers me is my other 3 bays are putting out great foam. I have cleaned it out, replaced the water valve, and checked all the hoses. It's probably something really simple.

What would cause an injector valve (Dema 200C) to suddenly stop drawing soap? I guess what I need to know is what is the weak point, O rings, spring, or ball??

We just purchased an old car wash with beat up vertical metal siding. Can anyone recommend a good overlay, maybe plastic, vinyl, ect I have decided on concrete block between the bays, but I don't want to disturb the pump room. Maybe just clad it with something. thanks
