Dema chemical injector valve

What would cause an injector valve (Dema 200C) to suddenly stop drawing soap? I guess what I need to know is what is the weak point, O rings, spring, or ball??

Low water pressure, if it is a screw in tip style make sure the tip is not clogged, there are 4 flat head screws that hold the injector to the body remove it carefully and check for debris be careful because there is a small spring and a ball inside as well as a o-ring that could fall out.

Thanks Diamond Wash, I went down and checked the water pressure at 70 pounds. What bothers me is my other 3 bays are putting out great foam. I have cleaned it out, replaced the water valve, and checked all the hoses.
It's probably something really simple.
