UPDATE—cantbreak80 programmed a new idec smart relay to my specifications and my triple foam is working better than ever. I can’t thank him enough and also thanks to everyone that had suggestions on this topic.

Yes, it is a Logo. I have killed power by the breaker a couple times and it says no program found when it comes back on. I will try disconnecting P2 if you think it is worth a shot.

I have a Carolina Pride Triple foam system and the siemens PLC seems to have lost its programming. Does anyone have any advice on what I should do? Waiting to hear back from NCS on a replacement but I’m not holding my breath. Is there someone that can reprogram my PLC? Thanks for any advice.

I’ll have to check and make sure. I thought it looked like it was leaking right above the 90 but it’s possible that it’s leaking from above.

Can anyone identify this boom and tell me where to get parts? It’s not GinSan because they don’t have the double nuts. I have one leaking and would like to get the seals-o-rings to rebuild it.

I just ordered a few rebuild kits from Carolina Pride for those, $40 each.

I have 3 locations and use a 32 degree tip in all ss bays. Customers seem to love it and so do I. I run between 12-1400 psi, one wash is rural, two are suburban.

I have two washes in Missouri that I would like to have panels installed!

What size tip are you using for the Fonic as your hp soap?

What size tip are you using for the fonic for high pressure soap? Are you mixing it with water or just using it straight?

Thanks for the info! No problems with the purple passion sliming up when mixed with the correct? I’m going to try this recipe. I’ve been using concentrate liquid in my DS 5000 but it’s just too expensive at the rate I’m using it.
