I can second Earl's statement on the wrap issue. I replaced all my wrap material this spring and started to have problems with my Quickfires. At one point, several strips got caught holding the wrap in place rather than just tearing away. I turned off the mitter thinking that I could just let...
I failed to mention that I'm an express tunnel and the free vacs are being brought in to increase volume and visibility. It would only take 15 additional unlimited accounts to make up the income lost and I'm hoping the new 50 item vending machine could replace it completely. The area will be...
My worst nightmare. In the process of installing new vacuums to offer them free to paying customers. I will be deputized into the vac police forthwith. All I can see now is people pulling into my pay vac area, dumping their trash and maybe deign to put a whole dollar in the vacuum. Soon they'll...
You are correct, SDaWG11. The arm that triggers the wrap extension switch was just on the cusp of making the switch. Probably was working its way out of adjustment earlier in the week. I figured it out a couple of days ago when I had a chance to work the wrap thru the motions by hand. When my...
My passenger side wrap doesn't follow the vehicle anymore. It comes down the vehicle perfectly but as it rounds the corner to the back of the vehicle, it goes forward about an inch and seem to get caught. Raising the head pressure worked earlier in the week but the problem returned yesterday...
If the tires were in a stack of 4, up against the side of the bed or the tailgate with the top tire above the top of the bed, maybe the top tire could fall out of the bed. At our wash, we retract the top brush for pickup bed so we'd have to fail that and I don't think the mitter could grip the...
I've got a bunch of 5, 15 and 30 gallon plastic containers taking up space on my property with varying amounts of concentrate. How do you get rid of them?
I don't think they will vacuum every time. Maybe I'm wrong. I don't want people handing them out. It defeats the purpose. Plus the costs of implementing a token system. I'd like it to be exclusive. I'm weighing this against just letting everyone use the vacs for free and hoping they'll wash as well.
I can see tokens for single washes but I have unlimiteds that come in 3-4x a week and will be expecting a token each time. A code would be good for that day.
