I have an omron cpm1a and it keeps blowing fuses inside of it. The supply voltage is working and at the correct voltage, is the power supply board bad? Any help would be helpful!

Thank you, I do believe I need to replace the CPU, my only problem is I do not know what the program is. What do I need to do in that situation? Can I buy one already programmed?

Track down the manufacturer of your carwash equipment (PDQ, WashWorld, etc) and they'll likely give you a distributor that can replace it for you on site or the equipment manufacturer will ship you a replacement.
Someone can also download your current PLC program (if it is not locked), store the program, remove and replace the CPM1, and reload the program to the new PLC.
