Why dont you answer customers calls and/or respond to text messages. You've been ignoring me for months. May 8 you were going to have someone look into my issues and get back to me. Ever since then all I hear is crickets. Ive been calling you and texting you.

I've PM'd him as well as emailed people at Nayax asking some basic but technical questions. Absolutely abysmal response ( none to totally irrelevant to question asked).

Im not sure what "aliases" has to do with responding to a customer whether we are on the forum or not.

We have texted back and forth from April 10 to May 8 about these issues. I can post the screen shots if you would like. After that though no response even with multiple attempts to contact you via text/cell.

No sense in wasting my time to email you now to "possibly" get a response/solution. TBH you should not ask me to send a email to repeat the same thing we gone over half a year ago and is documented in text. Instead maybe look through your texts and reach out. I dont run on your schedule and I certainly never asked you to run on mine because if it was my choice it would have been solved in a few days not almost 6 months and me having to make this public on the forum.

One thing I am for sure of though is your still collecting payment every month for all the devices that dont work while ive been waiting for you to respond for almost 6 months. Funny how your billing goes through like clockwork though.

The last text was my last attempt. I purchased new meter doors and installed Cryptopay. Good luck.

By Aliases I was not tying to make excuses but was asking for more then “Blanco”, such as email
address or account name in our system, so I can look up any of the details in your account.

I don’t want you to waste time you don’t have. Only if able, please email me those details to harry@nayax.com so I can see the details of what was missed and move them around internally.

If you are billed for unused or unfulfilled services, once you email me, I can direct on getting your statement corrected and prevented from coming to you.

Again, it sounds like we communicated and nothing was resolved and I am truly sorry for that. Once I see those details, if you can email them to me, I’ll be able to see what was missed on our part and since it is too late to correct it for you, it will be important for me to know for the future.
