M5 gear box

When below 32 degrees trolley stops half way across front of car. Cycle 1 bridge move time out is message. Have changed oil and added a heater stick to gear box but still aborting washes when cold.

any body else have this issue?

What kind of shape are your tires in?

They are at 30lb,seem fine

Since your tires are good, you may want to check the wiring harness in the e track leading to the trolley. I had the same issue awhile back and it ended up being the power wires coming apart from the constant bending. I was able to see the insulation deteriorating and exposing bare wire.

That does not seem to be the problem. Have washed over 100 cars since last time it stopped. Temps have been above 32 since then also.

You may want to check to see if the rail heat is working properly. If not you could be getting some ice forming.

Thanks for the advice! Replaced the gear box and works fine now.
