For the one that runs the trough heat I put a T on the return side with a Valve then came off the valve and went up and then increased the inlet side to 4" using PVC. With the circulater pump running I simply would pour in the AF mixture. It would suck in the mixture and air could escap thru the same area as well. There is an expansion tank as well. You need to have one .

I haven't had good luck with a pump drill.

When I transfer soap, antifreeze, etc., I just use an old FloJet sitting around. Make sure you have some time of screen/strainer on the end of the inlet hose so you don't suck up any junk.

What are you circulating it with? Do you have an expansion tank set up if it's a closed system or do you dump it back to a holding tank that's open?

Did you check to make sure that the reset button on the hot water tank wasn't tripped?

i had a mechnic come in today you where right i had to reset the water heater
only if i knew the reset switch was in the water heater o well works now
know for next time
