high pressure

I am having an issue with high pressure. When the pump is on high pressure with out the trigger being squeezed, the psi is 1550. When the trigger is squeezed it is 1110. Whats the problem? I checked the belts and they are tight enough.

You've got a problem with the pump head. I've got the same thing going on, I need to replace the seals.

You could have worn out seals. A bad valve or a bad regulator.

Check the tip in the bay. They should be changed every 2-6 months depending on how much the bays are used.
