When the pump is on high pressure with out the trigger being squeezed, the psi is 1550. When the trigger is squeezed it is 1110. Whats the problem? I checked the belts and they are tight enough.

R Randy Well-known member Joined Sep 5, 2007 Messages 5,691 Reaction score 1,992 Points 113 May 17, 2015 #2 You've got a problem with the pump head. I've got the same thing going on, I need to replace the seals. You could have worn out seals. A bad valve or a bad regulator.
