HELP!!!!!! Washworld Razor Double Barrel

Oasis is actually been ahead of everyone on their Typhoon (over Petit & WW) & i5 (ahead of all the frictions). Again, their only issue has been just not having enough distributors. That's sad, cause it is a GREAT family owned company outta Kansas. Much better than going through the 2 or 3 conglomerate's.

I definitely agree. They do need more distributors. It is a great family owned business. It’s nice to be able to talk to the same people over there every time and build relationships. On the downside there pricing can be a bit steep compared to other manufactures since they most likely don’t purchase in the same quantities that wash world or other big manufacturers do. Overall great company and great people to work with.

Wow, not good for WW. We are just placing an order for a Profile Max. What is the length of your bay for the Profile? Do you have onboard or off board dryers? Our bay is 40' but the last 5'-6' are the big offboard dryers.
30' long x 13'5" wide

that seems like a nightmare! I am hopefully opening my first in bay automatic soon and was told by my distributor that my profile max will fit in the bay even though it is shorter than the WW recommendations but he said he has done it before and just has to do a couple modifications (but he did say before anything he will physically come down to my site to triple check it will fit and they are able to manipulate it to fit). If I may ask did your distributor/installer ever actually go down to do their own measurements to make sure it would fit in your bay or be able to manipulate it to fit?
Just seen this. Thought height was the problem. Looks like your distributor measured you up for a standard razor and not double barrel. Didn’t know there was a difference in bay width however until I checked the website.

I have documentation on the schematics that it would fit. It says 13'4" is the minimum and I have 13'5"

Do your schematics specifically say wash world double barrel? If so, a attorney might be a good option after all. I was under the impression all you had for evidence was a phone call with washworld.

Do you know why it won’t fit? What’s the extra 7 inches they need for? Wand rotation?

if i may ask what are your specs on you profile max? (what options are you putting on)
I do not have my computer with me but specs are for the smaller profile that will fit in a 10’3” height. WW redesigned the Profile slightly for a major customer (Sheetz) and I have purchased the same version. Instead of washing a car up to 7’6” my height max will be 7’ which is fine for us. They shorten the vertical components a few inches to make it work. The covers on the Profile do not move (unlike the Razor) so 10’3” provided a 7’ washing clearance. With respect to the options we purchased all except the wheel brush.
